wa-checker.com and the WhatsApp Number Checker software are operated by LUXURYDOGGIES LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 14194459), with its registered office at Aramex UK SNS, Unit 9 Skyport Drive, Amm#142190, West Drayton, Harmondsworth, UB7 0LB. In this document, any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” means LUXURYDOGGIES LIMITED.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WhatsApp Number Checker software ("Software") and services ("Services") provided by wa-checker.com ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Software or Services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Software on a single Windows computer
• Use the Software for the purpose of verifying WhatsApp numbers
• Access our Services according to your One Time plan

• Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Proper Use

You agree to use our Software and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Data protection and privacy regulations
• Telecommunications laws
• Anti-spam regulations

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Software to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

• Violate the privacy rights of any individual

4. Payment and Renewals

4.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees specified when purchasing our Software or Services. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

4.2 30-Day Access (Manual Renewal)

For our 30-day access plan (one-time monthly payment):

• There is no subscription and no automatic renewal
• Each payment unlocks 30 days of access and must be renewed manually
• To stop access, simply do not renew after your current 30-day period

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect access already purchased, but will apply to future purchases and renewals.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and Services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of wa-checker.com and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, logos, or brand features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software and Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will wa-checker.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software
• Any conduct or content of any third party using the Software
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Software and Services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
